    Sessions are 50 minutes & can take place in my therapy office in South London, online or outdoors depending on your preference.

  • Pre & Post Natal Counselling

    If you are a parent, about to become a parent or considering becoming a parent this can lead to increased stress, anxiety and depression.

    I offer specialised therapy for individuals who maybe overwhelmed, anxious or depressed as they embark on or continue their role as a parent.

    These sessions offer more flexibility for busy parents and can be at my location, online or even while you take the baby for a walk in the pram.
